First floor location provides ease of access to pool deck, grills and community lounge located at the end of the first floor hallway. This first floor unit also boasts unique oversized outdoor patio with ocean view, twice the size of higher floor balconies. Patio furniture includes conversation seating, bar height tables and chairs and lounge chairs. Two parking spaces and separate storage unit for beach gear are included with your stay. Building amenities include: Large private beach with attendants who will set up chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment. Oceanfront heated infinity pool, jacuzzi and baby pool. Spectacular views from the pool deck. (Open Memorial Day through third week in September) Outdoor grill area, adjacent to pool deck and community lounge, with seating for outdoor dining. Fitness center and sauna Game room located on the ground floor with pool table, shuffle board table and TV Located a short distance from the Wildwood boardwalk, historic Cape May, boat tours, jet ski and kayak rentals. This rental can accommodate up to 8 guests. This maximum is strictly enforced by the Grand management and additional guests are not permitted.
