This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse is just 1.5 blocks to the beach. Lovingly taken care of and just waiting for you and your family to enjoy. The open floor plan is great for making memories with family and friends. The Private balcony is wonderful for people watching and/or having your morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
The second floor offers a master suite with walk-in closet, a king size bed and a master bath with a tub/shower. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable for sleeping several people. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom #3 Has a Bunkbed with Double/Twin. There is also a hall bath with Tub/Shower, laundry closet and a twin size roll away bed. The first floor has a half bath off the kitchen and a large pantry for all your non-perishable goods. There is an attached 1 car garage plus covered carport and a concrete drive so you can comfortably park 2 cars plus street parking. The closed outside shower is great for washing off all the beach sand before entering the house.
This Townhouse is within 5 minutes of the famous Wildwood Boardwalk, 7 Blocks to Diamond Beach, and 10 minutes to Historic Cape May with abundant restaurants and shopping. An abundant amount of restaurants, shopping and out door activities are all within walking distance or a quick drive.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Super rental in the Crest!
We stayed here this summer and I truly have no complaints! The home was extra clean upon arrival and we even got in slightly earlier than expected. Nice to have the extra half bath. Breakfast on the balcony every day! Great neighborhood, no crazy neighbors. We brought bikes, so it was convenient to be able to keep them in the garage. Short walk to beach too. Nice tvs in all rooms. Gina & Joe were wonderful to deal with!! No problems, they answered all questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!! We will stay here again :-)
Note: there are a lot of stairs which is fine for us, but might not be fine for everyone.

Clean & Comfortable
Very comfortable rental. Very clean and close to beach. We were a family of 8 and fit comfortably. Also had are small dog 12 lbs with us which was so nice.Would highly recommend.

GREAT PLACE ... GREAT HOSTS
we rent a condo every year in wildwood for a family vacation. this was the easiest hosts we've ever dealt with. they respond very quickly and are so easy to deal with. the unit is beautiful. three bedrooms and two large full bathrooms on the second floor. half bath on the main floor. plenty of room of all of us to spread out at the end of the day and catch a movie. we are looking forward to renting again. Joe and Gina are TOP NOTCH!!!!

Exceptional vacation rental
This rental property was the ideal place for my family’s summer vacation. This townhome is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood less than two blocks from the beach. The townhome was super clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything we could’ve asked for. We made good use of the private outdoor shower after long days at the beach followed by great family time in the large living room, kitchen, and deck. In addition, the owners were so responsive while booking the property and while checking in. They even notified me an hour before our check-in time to let me know that we could arrive a little early if we wanted to. We all loved spending the week here. Thanks Gina and Joe! We will be back for sure.

The people that rented to us were very kind. I told them my girlfriend of 60 years died and she was going to sit my dogs. I called and they said we could bring them. That in itself made it wonderful. I can not express the owners were great. I do have a small complaint. For the money that is spent for 1 week you would think that they would upgrade beds, In master only a full? and all twins. That made noice and held up on plywood? Everything was clean and tidy and all other furniture was good.

Great home
The home was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor shower was handy to rinse off our kids, parking was great for 2 cars, and the beach was less than a block and a half away. We really enjoyed our stay. The bonus was the foosball table in the garage. It kept our kids busy and off their ipads. I definitely recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again.
