Eat in this quaint restaurant that offers a view of the surrounding Harbor from almost every table.

Cape May County Zoo provides Free Year-round admission to a collection of more than 550 animals representing 250 species in 85 acres of exhibits to fascinate both young and old.
Just a short walk to the Bird Sanctuary where you can enjoy the sites of an amazing number of migrating birds, September and October their are tens of thousands of Monarch butterflies stopping for a few weeks before their journey to Mexico.
Presentations about the Monarch phenomenon are presented on Saturdays at the Cape May Point State Park during their migration.
Sea turtles lay their eggs on this protected beach before heading back to the Ocean.
You will learn so much about their habits while enjoying the serenity and beauty of this area.
Remember to visit the Lighthouses on and off the Island.
Wildwood's famous Boardwalk is a place to stroll or bike along and take in the summer fun with rides, food and activities.
The trolley is just a half-block away and begins the fun ride to the Boardwalk giving you the opportunity to see all of Wildwood.
Each Trolley is named and remember to hop on and off along the journey at anytime.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great summer home for a family.
The house was exactly as described. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the week vacationing in this house.

Renter Beware
We rented this roomy home for our Diamond Beach family vacation. Upon arrival, we found the kitchen “a gourmet cook will enjoy” to be lacking numerous basic cooking utensils. Carpets have obviously seen several seasons, however, we were accused of causing a stain on the rug which was there when we checked in, as well as a broken lock on a privacy closet. We followed all the checkout rules including washing the bathroom rugs and hand towels, putting away clean dishes, making the beds, sweeping the floor/deck, and taking out the trash. Despite our efforts, the cleaning people reported that we left undocumented “excess messes” and the owner is claiming the lock will cost $500 while a similar replacement can be purchased at Home Depot for $25. We would highly recommend that future renters photograph, document and report any damages immediately. Unfortunately, our lovely vacation memories have been spoiled by this dispute with the owner.

Fantastic place for a family vacation
This was a very good size house and an easy walk from a gorgeous beach. The house was tastefully and comfortably furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite parts of the house were the great outdoor spaces- a roomy deck, a small front porch, and another gathering spot around the fire pit. The house was also roomy, so if unlike us, you don’t have perfect weather, there are plenty of places to spread out in the house- even a desk set up in the third bedroom, if you’d like to do school or work from a vacation setting. Connie, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

This is our second time renting this property.We did not want to go anywhere else in Diamond Beach.The property is lovely.The owner is always available to communicate with us.The location is great.This property and Diamond Beach never disappoints us even through a global pandemic!

Aug 2020 great vaca
Great place to escape for family vaca. Beautifully decorated, comfy furniture, large indoor and outdoor tables for dinners and board game time with owner reachable and checked in a few times to make sure we were all safe after a storm. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A Real Gem
This house was beautiful and spacious.I felt like I hit the lottery when I first walked in. The location was great too.

Well cared for property in a great location!
Beautiful property that is well cared for and carries the added benefit of being a short walk to the beach, restaurants and even miniature golf. The beds are very comfortable and afford a good night sleep. I would recommend this property.

A True "Home" Away From Home!
I can't say enough about this amazing house. We stayed here for 2 weeks with various family members & our 8 month old daughter. Connie & John have literally anticipated any and every need that you might encounter during your stay. The house was fully equipped with high end appliance and accouterments. It does not like like a rental at all, you feel like you are in a well loved and cared for home. We got very cozy in this house and love the intimate setting of Diamond Beach, and close proximity to beaches, shops, & ice cream! Connie is a gracious host and you can tell it is important to her that her guests are well taken care of! Could not be more thankful for the crib too! We will definitely be back next summer!!! This is an amazing house and we made our first summer memories of a family. It will never be forgotten.
