General Policies:
Renters must be 25 years or older.
Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m.
Sleeps 4 (maximum 2 adults and 2 kids).
Off-street parking available for one vehicle (limited to small vehicles with the largest being a medium SUV).
Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud/ profane music, swearing or parties.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No day guests or visitors permitted in condo or to use condo's facilities.

Reservation Policy:
​Refundable security deposit of $300 is added to each booking. This fee is refunded within 14 days provided no damage was found after renter has checked out.
Security deposit, half of total booking cost and signed rental agreement required to confirm booking.
Remaining half of booking cost due 2 weeks in advance of check-in.
Payment instructions will be provided via email.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund provided if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in. Within 30 days no refund is provided.

Cleaning:
​$150 cleaning fee applies to all rentals (regardless of length of stay).
Renters will be responsible for removing all trash from the condo.
Renters must load dirty dishes and start dishwasher prior to checking out.

Linen/Towels:
Linens and towels are not provided.
However, we do provide six pillows (four on the queen bed, one on each twin bed).
Please bring your own sheets/blankets, pillow cases, and towels for the bathroom (hand and body towels) and beach towels.

Guest access:
We offer a completely contactless check-in experience where all guests are provided with a custom key code to enter (no physical key will be needed - just your code).
Guests will have full access to everything except for owner closet in the living room, utility closet in the bedroom, and locked storage cabinet in the bedroom.
Dresser and platform bed drawers are provided for storage of personal items.
