Beach view condo in a gated community at Seapointe Village. Located in Diamond Beach, NJ which is right next to Wildwood Crest. Our unit is one of the 3 beach front buildings at Seapointe Village. Elevators & wheel chair accessible. It’s a corner unit with many windows & ocean view from the balcony.
Enjoy the private beach, 4 large private pools & an indoor pool , fitness center, hot tubs , arcade, playground, fire pits, etc. Chair & beach umbrella rentals available.
Deli hut on premises for breakfast & lunch. The game room is in our building ~ Pinnacle Building ~ as well as exercise room, saunas, vending machines, etc. Coffee and Ice Cream shop as well as a beach bar are next door at neighboring hotel. Many Restaurant options and shops are in walking distance or a quick drive.
Bath towels are provided. Beach towels and linens are not provided. Bring your own or feel free to use Wildwood Linen Rental service.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
