This townhome is a HUGE 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, that is 2 1/2 blocks to the beach and to the boardwalk. We are in a PERFECT location. Everything you need is in walking distance except for the grocery store. We have Duffers Restaurant, Green's liquor Store, bike rentals, boardwalk and the beach all in walking distance. We have owned the home for 16 years and we are always doing updates to it to keep it looking beautiful. We would love to have you rent our home.

Pets are not permitted. No smoking is permitted inside the dwelling place. This property is strictly limited to single families, adults and their children. No cancellations - if your dates are re-rented then your funds will be returned.
Check out is promptly at 10 am If checkout exceeds 10 am, a pentaly of $100.00 willbe charged against the security deposit. We would need a deposit to hold the date, then the additional payment to be paid 2 weeks prior to check in. A security of $500.00 will be charged, however it will be sent back to you within 72 hours if there are no damages or items missing.
