-We do not accept anyone under the age of (25) excluding families traveling with children.
-Under no circumstances do we rent to Prom groups, senior Weeks, or any other type of non-family groups consisting of guests under the age of 25.
-Primary guest must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government Valid ID
-We do not accept pets at this location
-All beds offer a mattress protector, pillows and comforter.
-Lindens and towels are not provided. Bring your own or we can recommend a local linden company.
-2 rolls of toilet paper will be provided
-In the kitchen under the sink we will leave a few pods for the dishwasher and washer/dryer for you to use during your stay.
-No smoking in any of our units
-Paid parking pass will be left on the counter for you to use during your stay and MUST take a picture of it prior to checkout showing it has been put back. This pass is $400 if lost by a guest.
-we ask that each and every guest rinse their feet off when coming back from the beach to help the sand out of the unit.
-3 Roku remotes are in each unit and 2 flight/controls. It is important to make sure you do not misplace them.
