Welcome to The Blue Guppy-our cozy condo in the Crest!
The Oceans 7 Orchid Condominiums are a totally renovated condominium project completed in 2022 and located beachfront. This first floor unit is steps away from beach access and the pool entrance. The complex has a very large pool area with a separate kiddie pool area that will make your vacation complete.
Unit 106 offers two bedrooms/one bath and will sleep a total of 5 people. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and smart TV. The other bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a trundle, side table, closet, and smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and additional cabinet with plenty of room for storage.
This unit offers central air and heat, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s(3), and coin operated washers and dryers in the first-floor common area.
The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with Quartz countertops along with stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Also included is a blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, plates, utensils, pots & pans, and drinking glasses.
You must bring your own linens and towels. Mattress covers, pillows, and comforters are provided.
Common area gas grills are available on the first floor next to the pool area. There is also an outside rinse off station in the complex. Sunrise Park is one block away and has a splash pad, playground, fitness area, and bike rentals.
One assigned parking spot comes with the rental.
Two beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, and bag of beach toys will also be provided in this unit's private storage area.
Peak rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months. There is a 2 day minimum stay during the off season.
Access to the unit is by keyless entry. Your own private access code will be provided prior to check-in.
The heated pool is open in the summer season (limited days and hours in May, early June and September).
As per HOA policies, no pets or smoking of any kind is allowed.

Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to 14 days of check-in date, 50% refund will be provided. Within 7 days of check-in date 25% refund. Within 72 hours of check-in date - No Refunds. No refunds will be provided for early check-outs, no shows, change of dates or weather related conditions.
AGE POLICY - We do not rent to young adults under the age of 25.
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed. A one time $150 cleaning fee will be added to your stay.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
1. No smoking anywhere in the condo, in the parking area, by the pool, or on the deck. This is a strictly non-smoking policy.
2. Maximum occupancy 5 people. No pets.
3. Only Cars, SUVs and pickup trucks allowed in the parking area. No vehicles larger than a panel truck (including no mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, or boat trailers). Parking is tight.
4. Parking is permitted only in the parking space associated with the unit rented. No exceptions.
5. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in designated sanitary containers.
6. There are to be no clothes, sheets, blankets, or laundry to be hung or displayed on the balconies, decks, railings, outside of windows or placed on the outside windowsills, or walls.
7. Property should be left in the same condition as it was found.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Blue Guppy
We enjoyed our stay so much at the Blue Guppy! It was a beautifully decorated and very immaculate condo. The beds were super comfy!! We do hope to come back next year. It was a pleasure working with Dana, the owner!

Incredible vacation!!
Our family reunion in Wildwood was perfect!! We used to come to the Old Singapore hotel every year since 1983! Then all our kids moved out of state. Then they renovated the Singapore and we were able to rent the condos and they are amazing!! Dana was incredibly accommodating. Her condo was perfect. First floor is the place to be. Right on the beach with a heated pool. You couldn’t ask for more!!! We had the best vacation ever and can’t wait to come back!!!!!

The pool deck in this building is superior to other buildings we’ve stayed at because the deck is large with plenty of space for families to set up camp. The sun also seems to hit the pool all day long. You don’t need to cross any roads to get to the beach and the ocean in this area is not far like other locations in wildwood making back and forth trips to the beach an easy task. We will be back!

Cute Condo
The Blue Guppy is a very cute & cozy condo. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it highly. Location of the complex is excellent and close to a lot of activities. The unit itself is decorated nice and was extremely clean. The owner was terrific.

Perfect condo for 2!
An absolute gem of a condo! Well-stocked, clean, great decor, beautiful heated pool and a short walk to the beach! The owner, Dana is super friendly and quick to respond when I had any questions. It was also a bonus to have a storage unit that included chairs and an umbrella. I've stayed in several condos but this one, by far, has been the best!

Perfect Getaway
My daughter and I visited mid-June. The Blue Guppy was perfect for us. So clean and comfortable. The entire complex was well maintained and felt safe. The condo was well stocked and Dana was very responsive to questions. We’ve stayed in a few condos in the Crest and this one has been our favorite.

Beautiful condo with amazing pool
We are a family of 4 who stayed at the Blue Guppy. The condo is beautiful and spotless!!! Such a nice place. More than enough room for a family of 4. The pool is big and very clean. The location is perfect. A few steps to the beach. We cooked a couple meals. The grill areas are immaculate. We could not have been happier with this place!!!! Owner is a dream and so easy to work with. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!!!
