Description
Sealaxation is a North Wildwood condo that is located steps from the beach. We cater to families and renters over the age of 25. The condo is located on 13th street which is two blocks north of the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk. This condo features 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2 baths and great ocean views from the upper deck. We rent full weeks only, Saturday to Saturday. The first floor has a garage that fits one car. There is also parking for a second car in the driveway.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

North Wildwood Stay
The place was very nice. The location was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well maintained. Our only problem was that my sister has a bad knee and the three stories was just too much for her whenever we left the condo and came back.

Great Vacation
Wonderful condo at a great location. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location to beach was very convenient. Also a short walk to the boardwalk. There was a little park close by as well. There were alot of food options (steak em up and fractured prune) . The only con was stairs with 3 children and having to bring own beach equipment. It would also be nice if there was a grill on the property. Hard to figure out food options. But other than that our vacation was fabulous.

North Wildwood Experience
The condo was clean, well stocked and close to all the amenities North Wildwood has to offer. Two blocks away from the boardwalk entrance and a block from the beach, doesn’t get any better. Check in was a breeze and owners were quick to reply with any questions. We hope to return next year.

Excellent location from the Central Bucks County Vacation Family
Breathtaking views, every amenity needed. Booking and check in process one of our smoothest ever. We are a family of 4 plus my daughter’s husband and my son’s fiancé. But would recommend for all families. Thank you to our hosts.

Wonderful Beach Getaway
The condo is lovely. The location is perfect with beach views from the deck While sitting at the table and chairs with your morning coffee. The condo was clean when we arrived and there was ample cleaning products left for us to use which is ideal in these Covid times. The kitchen was stocked with household amenities and the table that sat eight was perfect. The bedrooms are away from the main area which is good for a little ones that need to sleep early. The garage had ample space for all of our beach gear. The stairs to get to the third-floor may be hard for some but we needed to walk off our boardwalk donuts and russos sandwiches!! Property owner made the check in process and booking process a breeze. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Condo
Great condo, great location, wonderful property owner. Highly recommend if planning a trip to the Wildwoods. Perfect blend of proximity to the boardwalk, while also removed from the hustle and bustle. Fantastic views of the ocean and one of the shortest walks to the water in Wildwood.
