Description
Relax in this beautiful two story condo that sleeps 16 in a 4 bedroom/3 bath unit 1,891 sq ft townhouse. Only 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, boards and convention center. This end unit has lots of light. Unit is large enough for multiple families, couples, friends to stay. Unit sleeps 16 people (14 private and two on sleeper sofa).
The main living area is open concept. Kitchen has a granite bar with stools for 5 people and a full complement of appliances. The dining table seats 8. The living room has a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace and a cozy area for a book or coffee. We have games, puzzles, and a take/leave book library. TV in main living area and both upstairs bedrooms. Smart TVs are available to use your own streaming services or the free channels available. Balcony off the living room to view the Friday night fireworks or just relax.
On main floor there is a queen master bedroom suite, another queen-sized bedroom and a full en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Downstairs you will find an additional 2 bedrooms and another full bath. One bedroom features 2 twin over full bunkbeds (sleeps 6) with a SMART ROKU TV. Other room has a twin over full and another twin bed (sleeps 4). Three bedrooms of the 4 bedrooms have enough space to use a play and pack, if needed. We have one available if needed.
Don’t worry about keys, there are smart locks on all the doors and codes are changed for each rental. Easy check in and check out process. There is one off-street parking space and free street parking when available. Outdoor shower located behind building. There is place behind the condo to secure and lock bike or beach gear. A small amenities pack is also included with booking price to help you start your vacation as soon as you walk in (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and dish detergent). Bring beach gear and beach towels and you are ready.

Please review the rates. Linens are not included in rates but are available for an additional fee. There are one time fees for cleaning and rental damage protection insurance of $225 and $79, respectively.
CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Perfect Stay
We had the most wonderful time here. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and the location being so close to the beach was perfect for us. The inside of the home is beautiful and we loved the big table where we all got to sit and eat dinner together. They had a sign welcoming us in and the softest linens anyone had ever felt. Would absolutely return!

The vacation rental was wonderful. It was spacious with enough room for our large extended family vacation of 14. The home is nicely decorated, the furniture and beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean on arrival and the kitchen is well equipped. The owners are responsive and available if needed.

Big Family Friendly
We needed a place big enough for 14 people, this place was perfect. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and they even supplied a pack n play for our little one. Owners were amazing and they were timely with their replies for any questions we had.

Memorial Day Weekend - Perfect stay
Our stay on Memorial Day weekend was amazing. The condo is so spacious and is kept up so nice. When we got there check in was a breeze and the place was extremely clean. Very good location. This condo can fit a large group and not feel crowded. The owners, Bill and Jen were very quick to respond to emails… questions.. or anything else we needed. Our group had the time of our lives. So fun and will definitely be back.

BEST VACATION HOME!
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this home. Such a beautiful place and comfortably slept everyone in our party! Every room was spotless (including every bathroom) and had plenty of pillows/blankets for each guest! The house was also in the perfect location for us (very close to boardwalk, restaurants/bars, beach). Highly recommend and will definitely be planning our next vacation here.
