(Guests must provide their own linens and towels ) There is plenty of drawer space and newly updated plank flooring. The kitchen is well stocked and has a stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, plenty of extras and a drip coffee maker plus a Keurig. The bathroom is completely updated. It is clean and bright with a tub and shower combo. The sitting room is tastefully decorated consisting of a couch, love seat, coffee and end tables, Smart TV in both living room and bedroom. Hulu is provided for viewing, live TV, sports, kids programing, and streaming shows. The dining table is conveniently placed next to the window so you can enjoy the beautiful view. If you prefer to dine “Al fresco” Summer Sands boasts several decks with *tables and umbrellas for all guests to enjoy. The property also has many sun loungers, two heated swimming pools, 6 gas grills and an elevator for your convenience. This condo comes with a one car assigned parking spot.
*deck furniture and pools are seasonal use only; one grill remains available during non-prime season.
Take advantage of the Jitney in the summer months to ride to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk and many wonderful restaurants. Then return to the quiet location of the Summer Sands away from the crowds. Relax on the balcony at the end of the day watching the waves.
