- Minimum age of all occupying guests is 25 unless traveling with parents.
- Please leave “sandy” items in garage or rinse with hose
- NO SMOKING INSIDE OR IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE PROPERTY. Dispose of butts appropriately. There will be an additional fee if extra cleaning is required due to excessive mess left behind.
- Primary renters must be onsite throughout the duration of the stay.
- Please take trash out on trash days listed on infromation sheet
- On day of departure, please take out trash, empty dishwasher, clean out refrigerator completely, wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen and all small appliances used and vacuum throughout.
- NO PROM, NO SENIOR WEEK, NO EXCEPTIONS. - We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement of any renter who violates this rule or conducts any unlawful activity. (To parents renting for their children; it will not work with us…we will evict your children and file a claim against all parties involved). NO REFUND will be provided.
- Rental agreement with photo of valid government ID to be completed and submitted within 48 hours of booking.
- Al guests are required to follow all city ordinances including no loud noise or music after 10:00 pm.l
- Guests must remove all vehicles from property at the time of check-out to avoid being towed.

Grill - NOT to be used on or under the decks. Please use in yard.

**Cancellation Policy – All cancellations must be in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

We love to share our home with others looking to get away! This is our family home. Please respect our property and belongings. We ask that you leave it in the same condition as it was found. Please remember, this is not a hotel; this is our home, which we welcome to share with you.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
A 50% deposit of the total rental payment is due within 48 hours (VENMO) or 5 days (money order) of making your reservation. The remaining 50% plus the refundable deposit will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

Rental agreement must be completed and copy of photo ID submitted and returned once booking is confirmed. Agreement/ID must be completed/returned no more than 48 hours after received.

$500.00 Security Deposit Required. Will be returned within 30 days after departure.
