Description
Enjoy our family’s newly renovated, top floor, private 1 BR condo in the heart of the Crest. Enjoy fabulous views of the ocean and sunset! Comfortably sleeps 2-4 with 1 queen bed and a pull-out sofa. Many comforts of home. Only 1 block to the beach, beautiful heated pool, sun deck, BBQ grills and plenty of outdoor space. Close to parks, entertainment, bike rentals, pickleball, mini golf and the boardwalk. 15 minutes from downtown Cape May. Many events to enjoy all year around!
The space
The Cape Cod Inn is a 49 unit, family friendly property that is just 1 block from the beach. From May to September, enjoy the large heated pool and sundeck with views of the Atlantic. There are activities within walking distance in every direction. We are just 8 blocks from the south end of the Wildwood Crest Boardwalk. Just a few blocks from children's playground, splash pad, basketball, tennis, pickle ball and other activities. Centennial park offers free entertainment in the summer and so much more! Every weekend the Wildwoods offers something new and exciting for guests!
Victorian Cape May is only a short 15 minute drive where you can enjoy the sights, shopping, dining the beach, nature, history and the best sunsets around
This unit has a combined main living space that includes a living room with a mounted Fire TV and pull-out sofa, a fully functioning kitchen with an electric 2-burner cook top, all cooking necessities and a dining space. Coffee and tea and other basics are provided for your convenience.
There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Towels and washcloth are provided, as are shampoo, conditioner, soap and/or body wash. A hairdryer is also provided.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a dresser and a small desk that can double as a vanity. Linens, blankets and pillows are provided. An iron and ironing board are also available for your use.
Guest access
During your stay, you will have full access to your unit and all amenities on the property - pool (in season), sundeck and BBQ grills.
Other things to note
Beach chairs and beach towels are NOT provided.
There is no cleaning service or towel refresh during your stay.
One parking spot is provided. Please use the assigned parking spot only.
We have a new shower out near the pool. Please use this to rinse the sand from your beach items before entering our unit.
NOTES: Cleaning Fee $125 per Stay.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
