Enter the unit through the pedestrian entrance on the eastern side of the building placing you in the ground floor elevator lobby with access to both unit entries. (The smaller ground floor unit is private and is not available for rentals) Take the elevator to the second floor or enter the first doorway to proceed up the stairwell to the unit. There is a small foyer area entering the stairwell with additional storage space for storing beach equipment. Once reaching the second floor the living and dining areas will be directly ahead, with the first bedroom (queen bed) with an attached bathroom and laundry room with washer an dryer to the left, and the second floor elevator hallway to the right. The dining area and kitchen both provide sliding glass balcony door access to the second floor deck and the kitchen’s center island provides an additional two top dining space.

Upon reaching the third level, the first bedroom is a twin over twin bunk bed with plenty of floor space for an air mattress if needed and the access hallway to the elevator and rooftop deck is to the right. The second bedroom with two twin beds and pull out trundle will be to your left. Further down the hallway, the full hallway bathroom with combination tub/shower will be to the left just before the entry to the Master Suite. The Master suite features ocean views from the balcony and east window, two large closets, king bed, desk, full master bath, and sliding glass balcony door access.

***PLEASE NOTE: The rear unit (Unit B) does NOT rent. We apologize, grilling is NOT permitted on-site due to safety concerns.***

Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
