This top floor corner deck is the only one with a bit of OCEAN AND BEACH VIEWS! A great place to wake up too and relax with your morning coffee or to enjoy afternoon cocktails! This is beach living luxury at its best!
There is WIFI and two tv's to stream your favorite services via ROKU. One in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Linens, towels, and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. There are linen services nearby should you like that convenience and service available.
The complex has its own heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs so as never to worry about not having one! There are also tables to have your breakfast, lunch, or dinner poolside. Gas grills are conveniently located just outside the pool area.
You will have a choice for storage as well. You may have access to your own personal storage unit located just inside from the garage (marked 206), or for a nominal fee you can have access to a secure beach box down near the water to avoid the daily hauling of your beach gear. Either option will include 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and beach stroller.
We will also supply ONE CITY STREET PARKING PERMIT which can be used anywhere within Wildwood City limits including right in front of the building below your balcony or around the corner on Hildreth Ave. We do this because although the garage will fit any size car comfortably, it can be a bit tricky maneuvering in and out of a tight entry and exit way. (This permit would not include the Crest or North Wildwood)
