Our spacious, modern, luxurious and beach-themed home awaits your arrival! The home is newly renovated, spacious with high ceilings, 2-story single home with brand new, comfortable, modern furniture and high-end gourmet appliances including 2 refrigerators! The open floor plan will allow you to spend time in a large open space and enjoy each others company from the kitchen, dining room and living room. The home is large enough, over 2300 sq ft of living space, for the entire family or families to vacation together and enjoy the summer. You will not feel overcrowded here. There is plenty of space for everyone! The large front deck is the ideal place for morning coffee, evening cocktails and viewing Friday night fireworks (in season). The backyard is fully furnished with a grill available for cookouts and entertaining. Cable television and WiFi, central AC and much, much more!
The neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to the many attractions that the Wildwoods have to offer including the wonderful water parks and amusement parks. Located only 3 blocks from the beautiful Wildwood beach and boardwalk, right between Morey’s Pier and Mariner’s Pier with fun, games, shops, amusement rides, and water parks. We love our location! Being 3 blocks away from it all is perfect because you can't hear the goings on at the boardwalk yet it's close enough to walk to. Also walking distance to shops, restaurants and the new Byrne Plaza that is filled with entertainment and events all summer long including farmers markets, concerts, movie nights, outdoor exercise classes and more!
The beach is free (no beach tag fees) with plenty of lifeguards and has many miles of sand and sun for your enjoyment. It is also only a short drive to Cape May, Stone Harbor and Avalon.

*Fully furnished with seating for 8, gas grill, water hose for washing off sand, yard fenced-in for privacy.

*Spacious for single car parking and storage area for your beach equipment. Included for use are 2 umbrella strollers, 1 full size stroller, beach chairs, 2 coolers, boogie boards, sand toys, wonder wheels beach cart . Free up some space during your travel and use ours:)

*2nd bedroom: comfortable bunk bed with full-size on the bottom and twin-size on the top, chest, ceiling fan.
-Kitchen:
*Spacious with plenty of cabinet space filled with pots, pans, baking sheets, various cooking utensils and pantry items, large island that comfortably seats 6 people, double wide kitchen sink with garbage disposal, high-end, stainless steel gourmet appliances including side-by-side refrigerator with water filtration and ice-maker system, double wall oven, island stove-top, 4 slot toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric teapot, electric griddle and 2 crockpot. Everything you need to prepare meals at your fingertips.

Policies
Rental agreement to be completed upon booking.
Renters must provide all bed linens. Renters must also provide towels, paper products, garbage bags, laundry soap, supplies and all other necessities you may need. If there is anything else your family requires, just ask and we will try to accommodate. All guests are required to follow all city ordinances including no loud noise or music after 10:00 pm. No smoking inside the property.
- No pets of any kind permitted on the premises.
*Cancellation Policy – All cancellations must be in writing. In the event of a cancellation by the tenant, all rent and security paid will be refunded within 30 days AFTER the property is re-rented at NO LOSS to the owner. In the event the property is not re-rented, all money paid by tenant will be forfeited.
We love to share our home with others looking to get away! This our family home. Please respect our property and belongings. We ask that you leave it in the same cleanly condition it was found. If left in unsatisfactory condition, up to $250 may be charged for any excessive cleaning needed by cleaning company. However, we have never had a case where this has happened. We have had excellent guests:) Please remember, this is not a hotel; this is our home.
Rental agreement must be completed and returned with copy of ID and payment. Booking is not complete, dates are not blocked until payment is received.

We cater to families! Our home is especially great for a large family or multiple families vacationing together. Our home is very large and there is so much space for everyone. You will not feel over crowded here!

Perfect Fall Weekend
We had six adults and five grandkids stay here for The Race Of Gentlemen on the Wildwood beach. The house was located close enough to walk to the swap meet and car show plus to the beach for the races. We had a great weekend and the grandkids had a great time together and loved the house and the TROG.

Has everything you need
Amy was great! Very responsive and let us get in an hour earlier than check in as we were in the area early!. The house has everything you need for the beach!
The kitchen was well stocked and the decks were nice to sit on at night and play cards and have cold drinks! We enjoyed our stay very much and would return! We traveled with 4 littles 7, 6, 4 and 2 and we managed the walk to the beach just fine!

Bigger in person
The house is bigger than the pictures show. We had a great stay at Amy's place. House was plenty big to accommodate 4 adults and 4 children.
3 full showers was a bonus for getting ready quickly from the beach to boardwalk. Boardwalk and beach are a short walk away. Can see the fireworks on Friday night from the front balcony.
Full Comcast cable on every tv, (which we struggle to find in previous rentals) I would recommend this place to everyone. My family enjoyed the house and are planning to book again next summer. Amy is very good at communicating and answering any questions that arise.

Extremely spacious 2 level single family home close to the boardwalk, beach and piers! Single family homes are hard to find in beach resorts and we

Second Visit
This is the second time I have stayed at this house, and both experiences have been excellent. First of all, it’s very comforting working with Amy as the host. Whenever I text her she responds immediately and with whatever help or guidance I need. She proves all necessary house and access information, reminders, and other helpful information. I love the location of the house. It’s a few blocks off the boardwalk so it takes a bit of walking to get to the waterfront area, but I actually like that. The house is in a quiet residential area, far from the traffic and noise of the boardwalk. I’m definitely noise sensitive, and I’ve never had a noise issue here. The house itself is extremely comfortable, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It has central air which works very well, which is critical during warm summer months. The upper level is a showpiece with its open floor plan, attractive kitchen and dining area, and huge family room and television. The garage is comforting, too. The area feels very safe but it’s added security knowing you can park your car in a garage. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return soon!
