We are one of only 9 truly oceanfront units. We are located on the 3rd floor. We have a semi-private hallway (shared with only 1 other unit)

Step onto your private balcony for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails, then unwind inside with our cozy CoolGlow™ fireplace and home theater system — complete with Apple TV and Netflix (no logins needed).

Your bedroom retreat features a luxurious king-size Avocado Green bed with an adjustable base, plus a TV with streaming options (use our Apple TV/Netflix or your own accounts). An additional queen sleeper sectional with added mattress topper in the living area offers extra space for family or friends.

Cook & Dine Your Way
Start your morning with our fully stocked coffee bar — brew a cup with the Keurig, drip maker, French press, or pour-over, or use the electric kettle for tea. Our kitchen has everything you need for easy meals: a two-burner electric cooktop, Ninja double oven/air fryer/toaster, microwave, electric griddle, waffle maker, Ninja IQ blender, plus dishes, silverware, and cookware.

On-Site Restaurant & Pool
Prefer to eat out? Our on-site restaurant serves breakfast and lunch daily, with gluten-free options available. Soak up the sun at the heated pool, or grab a snack anytime from our convenient vending machines.

Beach Days Made Easy
For 2026, we’ve secured a private beach box stocked with four chairs (2 high and 2 low), 2 beach umbrellas, an insulated soft-sided cooler, insulated tumblers, beach toys, and a cart to carry everything. Plus, enjoy easy access to beach volleyball (unit has a volleyball), sunny sundecks, and the beautiful shoreline just steps away.

Rain or shine, there’s always something to do. Pick up a book from our cozy lending library, break out a board game, or stream your favorite tunes through the sound bar. We’ve filled The Sun Haven with thoughtful amenities and a few fun surprises to make you feel right at home.

RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. It is the RENTER'S responsibility for verifying that The Sun Haven LLC has received the cancellation request. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the check-in date, the OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund less a 15% service fee for relisting and rebooking the property. If the rental property is booked for a reduced rate, the difference will be taken from the advance payment less a 15% service fee. If the Rental Property cannot be rebooked with a replacement reservation for the same time period, the OWNER shall be entitled to retain the booking TOTAL to cover any expenses, loss, or damage that the OWNER may suffer because of RENTER'S default hereunder.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events. The RENTER acknowledges that it is their responsibility to purchase appropriate insurance to cover them in these extraordinary circumstances or forfeit insurance at their own risk.

Renters can choose between a Property Damage Policy that covers accidental damages, naming The Sun Haven LLC as the beneficiary, or a refundable damage deposit of $1,000.

50% of the total is due upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 45 days before your arrival date.

If the booking is less than 30 days before check-in, the total amount is due at the time of booking.
