Spacious Wildwood Condo located on Ottens Harbor with an open and airy floor plan and three decks overlooking the harbor! Park your boat or personal watercraft in the private slips behind the condo. This unit has three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Condo is located on the second and third floor, with great views of the harbor and Friday Night Fireworks.
The main living floor of this unit features high cathedral ceilings in the living room with an open floor plan into the kitchen and dining room. It should be noted that the large couch in the living room has a pullout bed to accommodate additional sleeping needs. The kitchen has all needed amenities including microwave, stove, toaster over, dishwasher, coffee maker, ice-maker, full size refrigerator, and trash compactor. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools in the kitchen. The dining room table has seating for eight people. There is also plenty of natural light from the various windows in the dining and living room. Both the dining room and living room leads to the main living level deck that overlooks the harbor. This deck is equipped with an outdoor table for dining with friends and family. This desk also leads down to the community deck (shared with the 1st floor condo) via a spiral staircase. The community deck is giant and great for entertaining and playing fun outdoor games, such as cornhole. The community deck will also lead you down to the docks and your personal 40-foot long boat slip.
The first floor also offers two nicely sized bedrooms with one bathroom. The one bedroom has three bunk beds, with a nicely sized double closet and dresser. The other bedroom on the main living floor has queen bed, with a nightstand and full size dresser, as well as another double closet.
Heading up the spiral staircase leads to the master level. At this landing, you will find the washer and dryer, a small desk away from the rest of the house, and access to the top deck overlooking Ottens Harbor. On this deck, you will find a table and seating for four for enjoying cocktails as the sun sets. At this level you will find a master bedroom with a queen bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and large closet. There is also a beautiful master bathroom, which has been recently renovated.
A quiet, well-behaved pet will be considered for an additional charge of $25 per day or $175 per week for professional cleaning. NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS! Minimum age requirement is 25. Younger people welcome with parents.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebok the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
