Complete reconstruction of this building was completed in early 2022. This unit is directly on the beach. You can’t get any closer than that! Available weekly with Saturday changeover. In the off-season (November - April), we rent with a four night minimum (and a weekly discount).

This stunning unit has 2 small bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a panoramic view of the gorgeous Wildwood Crest beach. It offers beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wifi internet, flat screen TVs and more! The complex also offers an elevator, large pool and kiddie pool, grills, two common laundry rooms in the building, and two assigned parking spots. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail on your own private deck while listening to the sounds of the ocean. Morning sun, afternoon shade.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds, and the master has its own ensuite bathroom. The living room features a sectional sofa with a queen size sofa bed. We provide all the bed linens as well as bath towels. This unit sleeps up to 6 people and is 760 sq ft with a 150 sq ft private deck.

The Kitchen is a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. It is well stocked with all the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Want to take in the fresh air? The sliding glass door opens up to the large private deck with magnificent ocean and beach views. Outdoor dining table seats 4 people.

You can also enjoy the spacious shared outdoor space with BBQ area and HEATED in-ground pools! This shared space features an in-ground heated pool with steps and two sitting walls. There is also an in-ground heated kiddie pool for the little ones. Three gas grills and dining tables gives plenty of cooking/eating space for everyone to enjoy! To rinse off the salt and the sand from the beach, there is an outdoor shower next to the building’s private beach access. The pool is only open in the summer season (limited days and hours in May, early June, and September).

Need an elevator? This building has that too!

Additionally, enjoy access to our colorful beach box (located on the beach) fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys (limited to the summer season only).

ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features three flat screen Roku TVs with cable and the ability to access all your favorite streaming sources (must have your own personal accounts). The TVs are in the living room and both bedrooms. With download speeds up to 1000 Mbps, you can stream as much content as you desire!

Access to the unit is by keyless entry. Access code will be provided one week before check-in.

CONDO RULES
1. No smoking (including tobacco, weed, cigars, vaping, etc.) anywhere in the condo, in the parking area, by the pool, or on the deck. This is a strictly non-smoking policy.
2. No feeding the seagulls and no grilling on the deck or in the parking area.
3. When not in use turn off the A/C, ceiling fans, lights, TVs, etc.
4. Maximum occupancy 6 people. No pets.
5. Only Cars, SUVs and pickup trucks allowed in the parking area. No vehicles larger than a panel truck (including no mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, or boat trailers).
6. Parking is permitted only in the parking spaces associated with the unit rented. No exceptions.
7. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in designated sanitary containers.
8. When using the communal laundry rooms, do not leave laundry unattended in the washer or dryer.
9. There are to be no clothes, sheets, blankets, or laundry to be hung or displayed on the balconies, decks, railings, outside of windows or placed on the outside windowsills, or walls.
10. No exterior loudspeakers other than as contained in portable radios or TV sets shall be permitted.
11. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on, in, or upon the common areas* or in any unit nor shall anything be done therein either willfully or negligently which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to other residents of the condominium.
12. No immoral or unlawful use shall be made of any unit; and all laws, zoning ordinances and regulations of all governmental bodies having jurisdiction there over shall be observed.
13. The common areas* shall be used only for the furnishing of the services and facilities for which they are reasonably intended and suited and which are incident to the use and occupancy of the units.
a. No playing in the causeways, stairwells or parking area.
b. Dry off completely prior to entering the vestibule or elevator.
c. No throwing of rocks, debris, or any matter in the common areas*.
14. No bicycles, baby carriages, wagons or similar non-motorized vehicles or toys, nor mopeds, motorcycles or similar motorized vehicles shall be parked or otherwise left unattended in any common area*, except that a licensed motorcycle may be parked in any marked parking space. There shall be no obstruction of the common areas* nor shall anything be stored in or upon the common areas*.
15. No renter shall burn, chop or cut anything on or above the common areas*.
16. Property should be left in the same condition as it was found.

Terms and conditions

BOOKING PROCESS: 25% of the total rent is due with the signed lease to confirm booking. A second payment of 25% of the total rent is due 90 days before check-in. The rental balance, cleaning fee, and security deposit are due 30 days before check-in.

First Payment: 25% due at the time of booking
Second Payment: 25% due 90 days prior to check-in
Third Payment: 50%, plus cleaning fee and security deposit, due 30 days prior to check-in

Credit card payments will be charged an additional 1.5% fee.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in will receive a refund of 50% of any payments made prior to cancellation. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
