Policies
Cancellation Policy:
If the Lessee does not pay the balance due at least 60 days prior to the lease Commencement Date, the Lessor shall retain the Initial Deposit as damages for loss of the rental income. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of Commencement Date, Lessor shall make reasonable attempts to re-rent the property for the Rental Period. If Lessor is unable to re-rent the property for the Rental Period, no refunds shall be issued with the exception of the refundable Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee. In the event that the Lessor re-rents the property for the Rental Period, Lessor shall refund Rental Fees paid to date plus the refundable Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee, less the Initial Deposit.

Condo in Crest
This is the 2nd tme I stayed at Vista Mar Condos. Felt safe and
surroundiings well lit. Underground parking and storage unit for beach, bike racks, crystal clean pool and grounds. The caretakers do a fantastic job!! My unit 182 was spotless and had everything! A beautiful view from the deck of the ocean less than 1/2 block away. The owner cares deeply about her unit and it shows.

Great vacation with my family! The location was perfect and the condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. Would highly suggest booking for anyone looking for a family get away! The owner was always accessible and so easy to work with!

Vista Mar Unit 103
This was our first time renting a condo in Wildwood Crest and it was a wonderful experience. Our condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. The condo owner Jacque was a delight! The property itself was very clean and the storage units in the parking garage was a lifesaver with all of our beach chairs and towels. No need to carry any beach supplies upstairs to our unit. We would definitely rent this unit again!

This is our 3 year in vista mar condo and 2 year in Jacque condo. We just love everything about this condo. Jacque is such a joy to work with. We hope to spend many more summers at this place. Our week at the beach!!

Very clean and spacious
This is our 2nd time staying at Jacque’s condo at Vista Mar. The location is one block from the beach in the heart of the Crest. Walking to the beach is so easy! Having a beach locker is great for all your things when you come back from the beach. Having two off street parking spots is perfect for a family. Most importantly, we appreciate how clean the condo is every year we visit. The place is spotless! You will love the personal touch Jacque leaves for your arrival. She is so professional and her communication is 5 stars! My family had a wonderful time away at her condo.

Wonderful Condo!
Our stay at #204 Vista Mar was wonderful in every way! We especially enjoyed the spacious, well decorated living area, spotless full kitchen, and washer/dryer in the unit. The proximity to the beach is great and the outside storage space for beach items is very convenient. Jacque is great to work with and we hope to be back next year!

We have stayed at Vista Mar condominiums for many years now, and always enjoy the location, the beautiful Wildwood beach, and the condo's amenities (pool, grills, off-street parking, locking cubby off of parking garage for beach items). The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen and washer/dryer and two bathrooms. Such a nice option instead of hotel/motel!
