Huge windows greet you upon entry and generous natural light all over the place, including the bedrooms. The condo boasts of a comfortable large space which includes a full kitchen, dining area (seats 11), and living room area with high 9-ft ceilings, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 10-11), 2 full bathrooms. The condo can easily accommodate multiple or extended families for fun and relaxation at the shore!

Spacious deck, Central air, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, washer/dryer, LARGE 65" Smart HD TV!, plus 3 LED TV's, Wifi, Netflix, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and included for your use. Kitchen is full with dishes, glasses, mugs, plates, wine glasses, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, juicer, Instapot (free upon request), and more!
FREE Use of SHEETS and TOWELS. Plenty of necessities provided! It will feel like home.
The beach is free (no beach tag fees) with plenty of lifeguards and has many miles of sand and sun for your enjoyment. It is also only a short drive to Cape May, Stone Harbor and Avalon.

NO PROM, NO SENIOR WEEK! NO EXCEPTION! WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS! Must be over 30. This is a family home. We reserve the right to Terminate the rental agreement of any renter who violates this rule or conducts any unlawful activity.
NO REFUND will be provided. However, if we find a replacement, a refund can be issued with 15% less for admin fee.

ADDITIONAL STEPS WE HAVE TAKEN SINCE COVID19:
We have taken extra steps with our cleaning/disinfecting procedures.
Besides our normal heavy duty cleaning, all surfaces, bathrooms, doorknobs, appliances, furniture, light switches, remote controls, deck furniture, etc... are being disinfected.
I am also leaving extra disinfecting products for my guests to use at their discretion.
Plenty of cleaning products and sanitizers to keep your family safe.

Policies
Upon cancellation, all monies already paid are non refundable. However, if we find a replacement, we return payments minus 15% admin fee.
Additional Notes:
Email, Call or Text us when interested. Lease has to be signed promptly upon verbal agreement.
Check in time 3:00pm, check out time 10:00 am. Cleaning fee of $150 will apply if heavy cleaning required after checkout.
First payment $500 (Refer to Lease)
Monthly Installment payments.

Comfy spacious home away from home
This is a wonderful spacious home within steps of the boardwalk and all the action! We were only a family of 3, but we enjoy having a large space. This is a 2nd floor (top floor condo) with all the amenities you need. Kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook for yourself. Other guests have left some extra coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and Ramen noodles, which isn't a bad thing at all. Kitchen has a dishwasher which we so needed, since we did cook quite a bit for ourselves.
Laundry room is well supplied, and it seems that previous tenants have left some extra supplies of detergent and softener for others to use. Bedding and towels are provided, though I'd recommend bringing your own pillows. But we typically travel with our own pillows anyway because we're just picky like that.
Love the balcony and the fact that there is a pub just at the corner of the street with live music Thursday through Sunday.
This really worked out for us as we were able to sit outside, have our own drinks and listen to music as well as sing along to some!
The boardwalk is just steps away, which is super fun. The owners also let you borrow some beach supplies (beach cart, some toys, boogie board and chairs).
Parking was a bit tricky with a large SUV, but manageable. Landlords are very responsive. We appreciate the binder with some of the additional instructions for the condo. I also appreciated the Roomba vacuum cleaner and the availability of a regular upright vacuum cleaner.
All in all, I highly recommend this condo! I can see that some people who visit Wildwood on a regular basis would choose to rent this particular place again and again.

Family Fun at Wildwood
We recently spent a week at Wildwood. Our family had Unit A & B. The drive was long. We thought it would take 3 1/2 hours but it took 5 so my advice is to leave early! When we got there our units were ready and clean. The condos were spacious and we all had alot of room. We loved the location, we were just one block from the ocean. The deck on each unit wonderful and we had music to listen to almost every night from across the street at Old City Pub. We also dined there one night and wish we had gone back as the food was really good. Wildwood has a huge beach and it is a walk! We went to the Cape May Zoo when we were there and it was so nice and free! Also recommend doing a dolphin cruise as we saw many! We were thrilled with having a garage and all the beach chairs and carts. We had a wonderful time! Love the fireworks, walking the boardwalk, taking the kids on the rides!

Awesome Place
This place is truly a dream for beach lovers - it is literally a few minutes walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The house is very clean and this made our stay very comfortable. The amenities of streaming services is an added bonus to unwind for the night. Very fast and easy communications with the host.
Would recommend this to our friends and we would certainly be back.

Perfect location, beautiful airy condo
We stayed at this rental for our babymoon to get in some much needed relaxation before the big day. This rental was perfect for a stress free get away. A block to the beach and you were on the boards. Smack in the center of Wildwood, close to restaurants and everything you need. Super clean and nicely maintained, I didn’t feel like I had to automatically clean the entire house upon arrival. The owners were extremely helpful and very communicative. If you are looking for a stress free place close to it all, I highly recommend this rental.

Amazing place to stay

We had such a great vacation the place was very well-kept clean and very big to accommodate our family it is literally steps from the boardwalk you can see the ocean from the deck, you had live music from the bar across the street that you can listen to from the deck and you were right next to Moreys pier- could not of asked for a better location or trip
