Description
Our condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. Bedroom number two has a bunk bed, a separate twin bed and a pull out love seat. Bedroom number 3 also has a queen bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room.Use of 2 garage spaces is also included as well as outside showers. The top level deck wraps around the living area with 3 sliding glass doors that provide lots of natural light. Use of bikes and beach chairs included. No groups under 25.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great Stay
My family and I had a great stay at the well equipped house. The house had all the essentials needed, the comforts of home.
The 2 car garage parking was extremely convenient. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the use of the bikes for early morning rides in the boards.
The view from the deck of the Ferris wheel was stunning, and must mention the birds eye view of Friday’s fireworks. We enjoyed the convenience of location and the amenities of the home. We will be back for sure!

Accommodating, Clean and Spacious
Can not say enough good things about this rental and it’s owner! We were two families that decided to rent last minute in summer chaos! Owner was absolutely accommodating, thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The rental was clean and had enough space for all 8 of us. We walked to the beach and boardwalk almost everyday. It was close to other amenities like groceries, restaurants and liquor store. We had an amazing summer vacation! Definitely recommend this rental, so worth it!

Great Owners & Location was PERFECT
We reserved the condo for 3adults and 2 small children. The condo was very clean, spacious and within proximity to the boardwalk. Perfect location really - 3 blocks up and you are smack in the middle of the boardwalk. The owner was very kind and responsive. After a 6hour drive to get home, our youngest realized that she had left her blanky and was devastated. We immediately emailed the owner, and he was very accommodating, reaching out to the new renters and providing us updates on whether it was left in the condo. We did not expect the owner or the renters to be so kind and get back to us so quickly but were very grateful. The owner even returned the item back to us and covered the cost. It was truly a great experience. We would go back to this rental and would recommend it to anyone looking for a rental.
