This amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,241sq. foot unit is the second largest unit in the entire complex. As the first-floor penthouse, there are no stairs to get to the unit or within. No luggage carts required and it is wheelchair accessible! Plus, with two extra-large assigned parking spaces located directly outside the unit, carrying your luggage inside has never been easier. For added convenience, feel free to use the in-unit laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer. Thanks to all the convenience this penthouse has to offer, feel free to sit back, relax, and enjoy all that the beautiful New Jersey shore has to offer on the full-sized, fully furnished patio overlooking the entire complex!
Ocean’s 7 Orchid Condominium Complex is centrally located from activities for the entire family to enjoy! Just a few steps away is Sunrise Park, where the kids will love to play in the splash pad, have fun at the playground and/or use the outdoor exercise equipment. Sunrise Park is at the same location as the Bike Shack, where you can rent a bike (or bring your own)! Enjoy a beautiful ride along Wildwood’s paved walkway to our famous boardwalk, Morey’s Pier. Don’t forget to check out all that Morey’s Pier has to offer, thanks to the rides, games and delicious famous food. If that’s not appealing enough, the Wildwood calendar is always accessible on their website for all concerts, activities and events that will be happening during your stay. We are located only a few miles from the convention center and conveniently located within distance to the scrumptious Two Mile Landing and Duffer’s restaurants -- to name a few of our family’s favourites!

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful Condo
I want to reassure anyone who is looking for a spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated condo, this is your place!! Oh, did I mention its steps away from the beach?? You don’t even have to cross a street!!
3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer and dryer and a very large kitchen table for gathering. We traveled w our family, including our 8 month old grandson. Once he went to bed, we were able to relax on our private front patio!!
The neighborhood is so nice too!! You are right by the Wildwood Crest Promenade, where you can rent bikes, walk to restaurants or bring your littles to the park! And the parking spaces are right next to the condo so no schlepping the luggage and groceries!!
Owner Kathleen was a pleasure to work with too. I Venmo’d her my deposit and my balance with no issues. And she texted me, as promised, the door code for the condo 2 days prior to our arrival!

Exquisite Condo and the Best Owner to Work With!!
You will not be disappointed if you rent this 1st floor penthouse condo!! The condo is beautifully furnished and Kathleen (the owner) thought of everything!!! It’s fully furnished with everything you could think of! Even a very large washer/dryer so you don’t have to take your dirty clothes home. There’s even laundry detergent there!
The location of this condo is perfect ~ from the distance to the boards to the distance from the pool! The condo is also conveniently located next to the barbeque grills and outdoor tables (which you probably won’t need because there’s a very large kitchen table that seats 8 people)! The condo is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a large living room with very comfortable furniture that seats many!
The beach box is such an amazing idea - no more sand everywhere in your rooms. You just have to pick up and leave your beach chairs (8) umbrella, blanket, and toys (ALL included thankfully) on the beach!! It was wonderful not having to pack this stuff! (Our car was full enough with clothes and food) LOL
If you have anyone who is not very mobile, you’re in the right condo! We had my 81 year old mother-in-law with us and she uses a walker. The condo had plenty of space for it and we also called Beach Patrol at 609-522-3825 to have her picked up right by the property and drive her to the beach (near where we were sitting on the sand). It was wonderful getting her back on the beach this year!
We rented 3 different condos at this property for our large family. Kathleen was the easiest person to work with of all! of them. She was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had,
I don’t give reviews often, but I am happy to let others know about this wonderful vacation spot in Wildwood Crest. It was a great find - I’m sure we’ll be back again!!

Second Stay as Wonderful as the First
The condo is set-up very well. Decorated beautifully, very comfortable, and extremely well stocked. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed and everything is in very good condition. The living room furniture is very comfortable and offers seating for everyone. Plenty of seating around the large coffee table which allows for games of all types for everyone to enjoy together. We had a bit of rain the week there and the set-up and space allowed us all to still have a great time. The bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage in the dressers and closets. The porch is comfortable and even though on the ground floor it's noticably private space due to the railings and access gate.
Washer and dryer are very nice. It is also great having the coin operated washers and dryers available at the complex for sandy items.
The kids spent quite a bit of time in the heated pool and had a great time. It's great having the beach just steps away and having the locker located on the beach is a huge bonus. Some items in the locker that we used included nice beach chairs and sand toys. There were other items available we just did not need to use them. It also offered space for us to place 5 large body boards and additional sand toys there during our stay. This is the only place we have stayed where this has been available...what a huge difference from carting all the beach items back to where you are staying. Great amenity!
The condo is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. Being a single level condo on the ground floor makes it easily accessible. Last year we used a very small portable ramp for our grandson to get in and out in his motorized wheelchair (very low step up to the porch and into the condo). Due to the layout of the condo he can move about inside as well. This year we were unable to bring his motorized wheelchair due to an issue with the van (5 miles within the start of our trip) therefore we brought his push chair and that did not require a ramp and was very easy to move around the condo. This condo works very well for someone in a wheelchair.
Having two parking spaces located at the end of the porch is very convenient when unloading/loading vehicles.
Great location! We walk to and from the boardwalk as well as walking the boardwalk. We enjoy the walk from the condo to the beginning of the boardwalk with parks on one side and the beach/ocean on the other side. There is a nice playground in one of the parks and the other park offers entertainment of different types depending on what they have scheduled for a particular week. We've seen bands and at another time they had bounce houses, food trucks, etc.
We all had a great time again this year! The condo/home, amenities, and location are perfect! Kathleen is extremely helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely return! Do NOT hesitate to reserve your stay as you will NOT be disappointed.

A Diamond found in the Sand
My Family has been coming to Wildwood Crest every year for over 60 years. In that time we have stayed in many places and have seen many transformations to the accommodations in Wildwood, always seeking the perfect fit for our Family. This year we found our diamond in the sand. They took an old hotel and transformed it into beautiful condos, with this 1st floor penthouse truly living up to its name. It has all the beauty, spaciousness, amenities and prestige of a top floor penthouse, but is on ground floor. There’s no stairs to take which makes it so easy to check in, two spacious parking spots are right outside your door, as are picnic tables, grills, kiddie pool, and beautiful heated pool. When I say right outside your door I truly mean that. The convenience and proximity to everything is just great! You are also beachfront which is appreciated after a long day on the beach. The private fenced and gated front porch has cozy comfortable couches if you feel like kicking back and just being a spectator. Grab a blanket in the evening and take it all in. Indoors Kathleen has decorated it beautifully and seen to it that you have everything you could possibly need or want, including large capacity washer and dryer. There aren’t many places I walk barefoot, but here I was totally comfortable it’s so clean! We’re so glad to have found our diamond - finally!!!!

Perfect Spot
This first-floor penthouse was amazing and spacious. Clean and neat. The gates front porch is a great place to sit and unwind. All the amenities you can ask for. The parking spots are a couple feet from the unit. there is a beach shed to keep your chairs and beach toys. Ocean front view, the Baby pool and heated pool are a few steps away. There are three grills if you like to grill. The location is great, close to the bike rental and a park. Kathleen will get back to you promptly if you have any questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Continues to exceed all expectations
I have been going to Wildwood Crest for over 60 years. First as a child then bringing our kids and now having our grandkids along as well. The unit itself is perfect. The first floor location and gated front porch were perfect for the grandkids to play. Ocean access with a beach locker was very convenient. Grandkids loved the beach in the AM and the pool in the afternoon.
The unit has all the amenities and was very clean and well taken care of. Of all the places I have stayed in Wildwood Crest over the years, this one tops the list by a wide margin. It was our second year renting here and we could not ask for a better vacation. We have already booked again for 2025.

Perfect Location for A Fabulous Weekend Getaway!
This first floor penthouse was absolutely perfect. We had a lovely stay and were right in walking distance from the beach.
The rooms were big and clean. When the listing says spacious, boy, do they mean spacious! It was so great that it was on the first floor. No one likes to lug luggage up stairs after a long drive! We pulled into the parking spot and the place was right there!
The owner was so helpful in answering my many questions. This made the stay just that much more fabulous! There was also a very helpful guide on the counter that listed restaurant recommendations and things to do. Kathleen truly thought of everything!
I will definitely be booking again -- and again -- and again!

Beautiful Beach front rental!
Beautiful condo right on the beach. Ocean front view. As soon as we walked in, we were amazed and how cozy & welcoming it was. The condo was surprisingly spacious. There was a big dining area with sliding door that open up to the porch area. The furniture was very comfortable as well. The pool area was really nice! The location is great, 1 block from the playground and bike rental. Lots of great places to eat as well. If you don't feel like eating out you can cook a meal in the beautiful kitchen which was stocked with all utensils, pots & pans. Kathleen the owner is wonderful! She gets back to you right away and she made sure that we were alright and if there was anything we needed. I definitely recommend staying at Ocean 7 Orchid Rd Condo #107. You won't be disappointed!
