The Ocean’s 7 Orchid Condominiums in Wildwood Crest underwent a complete renovation in early 2022. This amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,241sq. foot unit is the second largest unit in the entire complex. As the first-floor penthouse, there are no stairs to get to the unit or within. No luggage carts required and it is wheelchair accessible! Plus, with two extra-large assigned parking spaces located directly outside the unit, carrying your luggage inside has never been easier. For added convenience, feel free to use the in-unit laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer. Thanks to all the convenience this penthouse has to offer, feel free to sit back, relax, and enjoy all that the beautiful New Jersey shore has to offer on the full-sized, fully furnished patio overlooking the entire complex!
Ocean’s 7 Orchid Condominium Complex is centrally located from activities for the entire family to enjoy! Just a few steps away is Sunrise Park, where the kids will love to play in the splash pad, have fun at the playground and/or use the outdoor exercise equipment. Sunrise Park is at the same location as the Bike Shack, where you can rent a bike (or bring your own)! Enjoy a beautiful ride along Wildwood’s paved walkway to our famous boardwalk, Morey’s Pier. Don’t forget to check out all that Morey’s Pier has to offer, thanks to the rides, games and delicious famous food. If that’s not appealing enough, the Wildwood calendar is always accessible on their website for all concerts, activities and events that will be happening during your stay. We are located only a few miles from the convention center and conveniently located within distance to the scrumptious Two Mile Landing and Duffer’s restaurants -- to name a few of our family’s favourites!

•Additional conveniences include a colorful beach box, on the beach, which includes eight beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket and sand toys. (Summer season only)
• Hair dryers and make up mirrors in each bathroom
•Pillows, blankets, and mattress covers are provided as well as paper products.
•Sheets, towels (beach and bath) are provided for an additional charge.

$175.00 one-time cleaning fee and $500.00 refundable deposit.
We encourage renters to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A “Cancel for any reason” Travel Insurance Policy protects the renter’s investment in the event of unexpected events.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Perfect Location for A Fabulous Weekend Getaway!
This first floor penthouse was absolutely perfect. We had a lovely stay and were right in walking distance from the beach.
The rooms were big and clean. When the listing says spacious, boy, do they mean spacious! It was so great that it was on the first floor. No one likes to lug luggage up stairs after a long drive! We pulled into the parking spot and the place was right there!
The owner was so helpful in answering my many questions. This made the stay just that much more fabulous! There was also a very helpful guide on the counter that listed restaurant recommendations and things to do. Kathleen truly thought of everything!
I will definitely be booking again -- and again -- and again!

Beautiful Beach front rental!
Beautiful condo right on the beach. Ocean front view. As soon as we walked in, we were amazed and how cozy & welcoming it was. The condo was surprisingly spacious. There was a big dining area with sliding door that open up to the porch area. The furniture was very comfortable as well. The pool area was really nice! The location is great, 1 block from the playground and bike rental. Lots of great places to eat as well. If you don't feel like eating out you can cook a meal in the beautiful kitchen which was stocked with all utensils, pots & pans. Kathleen the owner is wonderful! She gets back to you right away and she made sure that we were alright and if there was anything we needed. I definitely recommend staying at Ocean 7 Orchid Rd Condo #107. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful place to stay
This was a wonderful place to stay! Very convenient for close to the beach and other places to visit in Wildwood. Having a first floor place close to parking and the kiddie pool made vacation easy with two toddlers and a baby! It was the perfect place for small kids. Kathleen was also extremely responsive. We had an amazing time and hope to visit again soon.

Great vacation spot!
This is a great rental for our young kids as there are no stairs to climb, the parking spots are right outside the unit, it has a pool (and baby pool!), is on the beach and around the corner from the playground. The owner also has a storage box right on the beach with chairs, umbrella and toys. The unit was clean, fully equipped and decorated in a nice beach theme. We enjoyed the comfortable seating outside as well. Owner was very responsive. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Best Place to Stay! Clean, Comfy, Great Amenities!
Walking in it was noted to be beautiful, very clean, and inviting. The decor is very homey/beachy and very comfy. The amenities from the kitchen to the locker on the beach are superb!
The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed and plenty of seating for meals. The furniture is very comfortable and the furnishings are beautiful. Plenty of closet and dresser space for clothing, etc. There was plenty of room to sit around the coffee table in the living room and play games. The kids/adults loved it! The porch with comfortable furniture was very nice and although open air it was obvious it was a private porch due to the railings and entry gate.
Washer and dryer were very nice and it was also great having the coin operated washers and dryers available at the complex for sandy items.
Everyone loved the heated pool and having the beach just a few steps away. The locker on the beach with the chairs, umbrella, and sand toys was such a bonus! We've never stayed where this has been available...what a huge difference from lugging all the beach stuff back to where you are staying (it was also wonderful having 8 chairs and not the typical 4 as there were 10 of us (ages 10 - 65). There was room enough we could store our boogie boards and grandkids beach toys in the locker for the week as well. Great additional amenity!
The condo is wheelchair accessible and being ground level was a bonus getting our grandson in out. There are a couple minor step ups/down to get to the porch and into the condo and our very small portable ramp worked well. Once inside he was able to move about the living space and into his bedroom very easily due to the layout. A plus for anyone in a wheelchair.
Parking right at the end of the porch was great when it came to unloading and loading.
The location was great! We walked to the boardwalk and continued on to the other end and back on three occasions. Other times we walked to the start of the boardwalk. Just before the boardwalk at E. lavender Rd take a left to the corner of Ocean Ave as there is a very good ice cream stand on the corner called Cone Crazy (a staple when we visit Wildwood Crest). The walk from the condo to the beginning of the boardwalk is very pretty, parks on one side and the beach/ocean on the other side. One evening they had a band in the park along with food trucks and ice cream trucks. Relaxed entertainment in a great area!
The condo, amenities, and location are amazing as is Kathleen. Kathleen truly was the best owner I/we have ever worked with and was always willing to help and answer any questions without ever making me feel as though I was a bother. She always responded quickly and went above and beyond. We were in need of an additional parking space rental and she reached out to the owners to see if there would be one available for the week we were going to be there. She also gave me info on parking in the area of the complex. She did locate a space for us to rent...definitely above and beyond!!! We plan to return to this amazing condo/home and look forward to working with Kathleen again! You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent this beautiful condo/home!

Home Away From Home
Wow! This unit was fantastic. It was beautiful and had more than everything needed for a family of 5. The complex is the perfect location for using the large pool and direct access to the beach. Kathleen made the rental process so easy and was extremely helpful with all my questions. Thank you for a great vacation!

Amazing Place to Stay
If you are looking for a great place to stay that is easy beach living, this is the perfect place. Kathleen is very attentive and can answer any of your questions. The condo has great space and plenty of room. It is stocked and has everything you need. The beach box is really helpful and we put it to good use. Having a pool steps from the condo and the beach right there is amazing. The location is great and there are many places to go to in the surrounding area. The ice cream truck that comes each night was a big hit too. It was a great week!

Superb Accomodations!
Cannot beat this single floor Condo. Spotlessly clean, comfortable with all the amenities you can possibly need.
Parking is right next to the condo. Gated front porch located adjacent to the BBQ patio and beautiful heated pool helps keep the little ones corralled. Lighted mounted make-up mirrors were a hit with the Mrs.; Lock box on the beach (with chairs, umbrella, etc.) is a godsend and was a home run for me! Easy access to the beach as well.
We were 6 adults and 2 young children and there was plenty of living room and dining space for everyone. Beds were comfortable and HVAC worked perfectly on our hot days. Washer/Dryer a huge plus as well.
Kathleen was responsive to any questions we had before and during our rental and made our stay feel like we were home. Would definitely visit again on our next trip to the Crest!

Amazing Vacation
We rented this beautiful condo to enjoy a week with our grown children and let me tell you - IT WAS AMAZING! The condo was clean, modern and very spacious!!! The location was great and they even had a beach locker so we didn't have to carry chairs to the beach!!! They really thought of everything to make the vacation relaxing!!!! Can't wait to go back!
