There is no comparison to this location anywhere in NJ and most of the Northeast coast The property is a gated community with 24 hour security and is beautifully maintained with gorgeous gardens, water falls, fountains, family fire pits, tennis/pickle ball, basketball and a playground for small children. There are four outdoor pools plus one indoor pool. There are several kiddie pool areas. The indoor pool has a large hot tub and there are four additional large hot tubs outside. All pools are heated. There is a fitness center and a small sauna room and steam room also. Several outdoor showers coming off the beach and around the complex to rinse sand from your feet and items. To one side of the property is a wildlife reserve with nature trails. To the other side of the property is a high end hotel with restaurant and casual, fun family beach bar/restaurant. There is ice cream, mini golf, bike rental, pizza, a convenience store and liquor store within walking distance. Charming Historic Cape May is a 10 minute drive and the Wildwood Boardwalk is also a 5-10 minute drive. The unit itself is impeccably clean and updated with brand new kitchen with quartz countertops. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom attached. The den has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. The second bathroom has a washer and dryer. The sofa opens up to a queen size bed. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a pretty good peek of the ocean, watching the sailboats and para sailers go by. Or you can look out below and watch the families enjoying themselves in the famous bubble pool, or going down the slide, or swimming under the bridge. Gas grills are located in multiple locations within the development. ***JULY - AUGUST 2023 BOOKINGS REQUIRE 7 NIGHT MINIMUM*** CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR 2023 $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Must be a VENMO payment to owner within 60 days of arrival date or the booking will be cancelled. Deposit is returned immediately after the cleaning crew have determined the unit is left in the condition in which you received it and nothing is stolen or broken. (no exceptions) Copy of drivers license required (no exceptions). Massage services are available. Information available at Seapointe Village Beach Hut. PLEASE NOTE: Only the IBIS pool (indoor) is open year 'round, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm (temp set to 84 degrees F). You have your choice of any pool while you are a guest at Seapointe Village. What a wonderful mini vacation!
We just loved the resort, the condo and the area. Maryellen was wonderful to work with and she made the entire process so easy. We will definitely be coming back to Diamond Beach again.

Relaxing, perfect beach condo
We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Maryellen was wonderful to work with, and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. The condo was perfect - it was clean and cozy and had plenty of space for me, my husband and my baby. Sea Pointe village is gorgeous and we can’t say enough about the facilities. The pools are wonderful for kids, and the grills and fire pits around the property were so nice. It’s really easy to walk to the beach, and the beach is gorgeous!! We’d highly recommend staying here!

Resort vibe
It was a beautiful condo, very updated, decorated nicely and clean. It has a beautiful view overlooking all the pools and at night the pools are lit up different colors which our son loved! We gad a great family week vacation here! Highly recommend!

Great vacation!
Seapointe is great and the condo was very nice, clean, roomy with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extras, i.e beach towels, blankets, bath towels and pillows. The only slight issue for me was being in Centre Court it was my first time in that building. Access was not always easy, lots of walking and any short cuts had steps that made it difficult for the beach cart. I was vacationing with friends who where staying in NB so getting back and forth to the NB beach area was a long walk. Again no one’s fault it was my poor planning. I would definitely stay again as long as I knew the rest of our friends where going to be closer.

Amazing Property
Highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the area. Condo was close to everything we wanted to do…boardwalk, Cape May, restaurants, mini golf, the beach, Dance Competition. The property was beautiful including the grounds, the pools, the private beach. Love how the condo overlooked the center court pools which the children said were the best pools on the property. Loved how the beach had a snack shack for lunch, snacks and ice cream. Security on the property was impeccable…felt very safe. The owner was incredible to communicate with, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Diamond Beach is a gem!
Mary Ellen was an excellent host. She was responsive and easily contacted for questions. The whole apartment was comfortable and clean. The community was so unique and a great place to unwind.

Beach trip with grand daughters
Enjoyed our stay at the condo, convenient location to beach, grocery, restaurant, mini golf. Pool closed a little early at 7:30 for summer. Great family fun and memories!
