Centrally located near the bike path, bike rentals, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, playground, free concert venue, splash pad, restaurants, bars and the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Tangiers coffee shop/eatery located just across the street from the Cape Cod Inn.
The space
Enjoy all the comforts of home! This beautiful, newly renovated condo building has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The building is available for year round, short term rentals (30 days max). The cozy one bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed and a beautiful armoire for storing your clothing. The living room features a new queen sofa sleeper. Two sets of sheets, pillows, blankets and 4 towel sets are included with this rental.
The kitchen boasts of all new stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner cook top, dishwasher, Keurig, blender, and toaster. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and dishes. There is a small washer and dryer IN UNIT for your convenience, as well as, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There are complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, as well as, complimentary k-cups, tea bags, hot chocolate, water and biscotti for your first morning cup of coffee or tea in paradise!

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 20% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining amount will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

My family and I really enjoyed Jamie’s space! It was in an excellent location, easy to check in and out, but most importantly impeccably clean. The space was small but it was absolutely unbelievable how much it had to offer. To start it was beautifully decorated and everything was brand new. This particular space was one of the cleanest airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The host really paid attention to every detail. They also had everything you could expect from a hotel but more. Fresh towels, linens and toiletries were included but they also had coffee, water, biscotti as well personal washer and dryer within the unit. I truly loved my stay and would absolutely return anytime. Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend. Your attention to detail was much appreciated!

#307 Cocktails & Dreams, Cape Cod Inn Review
We stayed in #307 and could not have been happier! The place was super clean and not a detailed missed! They had a coffee station that was packed with coffee, condiments and biscotti's (nice addition). The place is spacious enough and comfortable for a family of 4. It comes with all the amenities one would need. One block, if that from a beautiful part of the Wildwood Crest beach and walking distance from many places. The owners were also easily accessible for any questions / needs. I highly recommend staying at #307!

If I could give Jamie and John 10 stars I would! This beach condo far exceeded our expectations. The condo was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and located in the perfect location! Working with Jamie was an absolutely pleasure. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The personal touches around the condo made us feel right at home. There was no detail that they did not think of! This is a must stay AirBnB and we will for sure be back soon! Thank you Jamie and John for making our family vacation one that we will always remember!
