Description
The unit comes furnished with all the amenities you would need to relax and enjoy while on vacation. The unit is located on the top floor with it's own entrance (one exterior and one interior flight of stairs). The kitchen features brand new appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, gas range with oven, dishwasher, Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender and much more! The dining table sits ten as well as extra room at the breakfast bar. The living room area has a large sectional with a queen pullout and a large flat screen TV. Sliding doors provide access to a spacious and furnished deck where you can take in the views of the beach and boardwalk (and fireworks at night!). The unit provides two parking spaces (not in a garage) and enclosed storage in the carport.
The master bedroom has one king bed, a large walk-in closet, and full bath. The room is very spacious and can easily accommodate a pack-n-play if needed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed with a trundle, comfortably sleeping four making it the perfect room for the kids! All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. In the hallway you will find another full bath as well as the laundry closet with a washer and dryer.
In the storage closet in the carport, you will find beach chairs (quantity 8), beach cart, and umbrellas for your use. There is also a hose that be be used to rinse off after returning from a great beach day!

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. Cancellation may be made at any time but subject to forfeit of rent. If the RENTER cancels the reservation 30 days before the Check-in date, the OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property. If the RENTER cancels the reservation less than 30 days and more than 15 days before Check-in date, a 50% refund will be provided. If the RENTER cancels the reservation less than 15 days before Check-in date, no refund will be provided.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Happy when I'm at the shore
I've been staying below this place for years but was never in it. Since I had so many people this year, I booked it and was not disappointed. The place is very open beautiful and beachy. Great to watch friday night fireworks.
Stairs are a big much bringing everything in and hot on the deck with no cover. Well worth the stay still. I may rent both again next year. Owners are very nice and accommodating. They make you feel as if you were friends for years.
