Description
Watch the sunrise over the beach from the deck or dining table in the living room. One block from the beach and just minutes from any of the amazing NWW restaurants and bars. Quick walk to the boardwalk for endless fun and food or bicycling in the mornings, across the street from the inlet trail where you can enjoy scenic views of the Ocean and Hereford Inlet.
3 bedrooms/2 bath OCEAN VIEW from every window. This 3rd-floor condo sleeps 9. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen and 3rd bedroom on the upper level with a queen bed and chair that converts to a twin. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room. This unit includes garage parking, a guest pass for outside 'guest' parking, and a NWW parking permit. Laundry area with washer /dryer.
Recently remodeled with new appliances, furniture, and decor & new deck.
- Ceaning, bath towels and NWW parking pass included in rental (no extra charge)
Elevator - located on the first floor. Parking is on the ground floor so there is a flight of stairs to get to the elevator.
• Beach supplies: 8 chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 beach carts, basketball, pickleball (courts by Acme), lacrosse sticks, cornhole, and some miscellaneous ‘toys’ for the beach.
• 2 beach cruiser bikes are available. These are older, used bikes but are perfect for a morning ride on the boards. Locks and helmets are provided.
• Bath towels are provided on request at no additional cost
• Central AC and ceiling fans are in the living room and all bedrooms.
• Private washer and Dryer in the unit.
• Iron and hairdryer.
• The kitchen is fully equipped for a home-cooked meal. Keurig, blender, toaster oven, and toaster are included. The table can accommodate seating for 6. There is an additional bench under the stairs.

One week by the beach in North Wildwood
We really enjoyed our stay in the unit. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The equipments were all recent and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped. The balcony and the living room offer a beautiful view of the sea. We used the beach equipment every day which was very appreciated. The owner was present when we arrived and available when we had questions during our stay.
