CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Great Weekend Stay
We had a great stay for Irish Weekend 2025! Super close to the boardwalk, easy jitney access, and the host was so easy to work with!

Five star
The place is absolutely beautiful very clean one of the nicer places we have rented. Looks exactly how the pictures proceed it to be. Recommend this place to anybody. It’s a block and a half from the boardwalk beautiful view of the fireworks, you can sit right out on your balcony and watch great place for your kids

The Cozy Condo lives up to its name! Every detail and amenity has been thought about. Packing/loading for our trip was so much easier with all that was provided (boogie boards, sand toys, beach buggy and more).
Our group of 7 fit well.
Location to the boards and beach is great.
The owners/hosts are very quick to responds to any question or concern. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location!
We had a fantastic stay here! It's a 5 min walk to the beach and boardwalk which was perfect for us! The condo is super clean, plenty of room, and so comfortable. The balcony is great to relax on, get some sun or people watch! Can't wait to stay here again!
