Gas fireplace, 42in plasma TV, Bose stereo, DVD player with video library, lots of board games and paperback books, washer and dryer. Balcony with views of beach, ocean, and boardwalk. 2 covered off street parking spaces available. Bed linens and blankets included as well as beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, beach cart, beach umbrella, 2 outdoor showers and 2 outdoor gas grills. Must be over 25.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great Family Vacation Rental
We have rented this condo for a week the last 6 years and are extremely happy spending our family vacation there. The condo has become part of our family vacation. We drive from Cape Cod and could not imagine staying anywhere else when we visit North Wildwood. Its cozy, relaxing, and on a rainy day, does not seem like we are stuck inside. Many books have been read just sitting on the deck.

Great Condo in a Great Location!
This was our first time staying at this condo and my family and I had a great time! The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for our family. The property has everything that is needed with a fully stocked kitchen, games, books and everything you would need at the beach! The location is great with a short walk to the beach and a perfect spot to watch the Friday night fireworks. Debbie and Rich are great to work with and very responsive. We had a great vacation and definitely looking forward to coming back!

Very comfortable condo in a fantastic location
This is our third time staying in this condo, and each time we have stayed here, it just seems to be better than our last. The owners are really easy to work with, make regular upgrades to the condo itself, and work very hard to ensure our comfort. This condo has everything you need if you want to stay in - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone to spread out - or if you want a comfortable home to enjoy after a long day on the beach or a long night on the boards. They also have beach equipment you can borrow throughout your stay and the building showers are super convenient. You can't beat the location. You can walk to everything and even watch the fireworks from the porch on Friday nights. If you're looking for a quiet place to rent in North Wildwood that is in a great location, this is the place. You won't be disappointed!

Another great trip in this condo!
We have been staying in this house for the past few years now. We love the comfort and beach feel of the condo. It is a great location to the beach and boardwalk! The owners are very nice and welcoming into their home. Looking forward to many more visits here!
