SUMMARY: We just purchased this premiere condo mid-March 2022, and we are offering it for rent for the very first time. This Condo was built in 2019 and has the amenities that you would expect with a new condo. Self-check-in keyless entry, Stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and a clean modern beach décor.
OCEAN VIEW: This condo is top floor, the entire living area is ocean facing which is literally the most desirable condo location in the entire complex. You have ocean views from the open floorplan living room, kitchen, dining room, as well as from all three bedrooms! The exterior balcony has an ocean view, and because it is south facing you can also see breathtaking sunset views over Sunset Lake.
ACCOMODATIONS: The Condo has three bedrooms (one King bed and two queen beds all Casper memory foam mattresses), 2 full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. The condo has elevator service and two dedicated parking spaces in the parking garage.
AMENITIES: All essentials are provided. Bath towels and separate beach towels, bed linens, pillows. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker.
INSIDE ENTERTAINMENT: The Condo is equipped with a massive 80-inch Samsung Smart TV and Master bedroom also has a 55 inch Smart TV. Smart TV’s allow you to stream YOUR media accounts via Apple Air Play, or Chromecast. Both TV’s have basic Xfinity cable service. Free high speed Wi-Fi is provided. Board & card games.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: There is a heated swimming pool on site with bathroom, outside shower, foot wash, and two BBQ grills. We have a private ground level storage room with keyless entry that has 8 beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler bags; all the beach gear you need to enjoy a day at the beach. You can also store bikes in here if you bring them.
This location provides several activities within walking distance. The condo is located on the narrowest part of the island. This means not only is it one short block to the beach, but it is also only a 4-block walk west to Sunset Lake. During your vacation you do not want to miss the picturesque sunsets. People come from all over the island to witness the beautiful sunsets here.
While at Sunset Lake, get out on the water by walking 3 blocks north to LakeView Docks to rent Jet Ski’s, kayaks, paddle boards, water bikes, or fish and crab from their pier.
Back at the condo, a 3-block walk to the north brings you to Sunrise Park with a new playground and splash pad for the kids, bike rentals, and the start of Wildwood Crest’s oceanfront biking/jogging concrete trail. If you rent bikes in the morning, you can ride them north to the wooden boardwalk, past the famous Morey’s Piers all the way to North Wildwood!
OFF SEASON RENTALS: We are required by our Condo Association Rules to rent 7 day blocks. However, prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day we are willing to host a minimum of 3 day rentals. Just request to book the entire 7 day block, and then email us which days in your 7 day block you want to rent.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
Condo Association abbreviated rules will be provided before you arrive. Rental is subject to these rules. No pets allowed, occupancy is limited to 8 people. No smoking allowed. Renter must be 25 years of age or older.
A 50% deposit is due upon making your reservation. The remaining 50%, cleaning fee, and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cannot get any better
This place is amazing. So well equipped that we did not need half the stuff we brought with us. Everything in the condo is top end. Towels were so fluffy. Kitchen was better equipped than at home. All beach chairs amd umbrella and wagon to pull them 1/2 a block to the nicest beach ever. A+ to our host Kristi.

Wonderful Vacation
Dan and Kristi have thought of every little detail in this unit. The kitchen is filled with every thing you can think of. The fact that we did not have to bring sheets, towels and chairs saved so much room in ours cars. We used the wagon, chairs and umbrella at the beach every day. It was a short block to the beach. The furniture and décor is top notch. The owners were so responsive. We were there during the great Wildwood black out and they even offered to help with our bags since we did not have access to the elevator. We enjoyed playing the games and the pool. Many tenants used the grills. There is a great breakfast place a block away. My 3 year old loved the park and splash park that was two blocks away. It was a wonderful vacation! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Just Beachy!
We loved our stay! This condo is perfectly located with easy distance to beach and boards. We loved that you could see the ocean from any window. The condo was immaculate! Everything smelled so clean and fresh. The beds are so comfortable! All linens were provided and the kitchen was stocked. They thought of everything and anything you could possibly need or want. We intend to return!

AMAZING!!
Our time spent at 301S was absolutely perfect! The owners of this condo truly thought of everything. Upon arrival, the place was in immaculate shape! It is very clear these owners care about their renter's experience. Amenities upon amenities. The inclusion of beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and coolers was so wonderful. The mattresses are probably the most comfortable we have ever slept on. We did not want to leave! We can't say enough good things about our stay and hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful Wildwood Crest condo
Beautifully decorated 3rd floor condo. Easy check in and check out. Close to beach. We were there preseason so the pool wasn’t open and the grills not available but it also meant that there were no crowds or traffic. Wonderful week despite it being chilly. Lots to do nearby. Great walking path along the beach. Highly recommend this condo.

Perfection!
We've stayed at quite a few places on the Jersey Shore over the years, but this was by far the best accommodations ever. Dan & Kristi have an awesome 3BR condo that is so well-appointed you'd think you were in a 5 star hotel, but more like the presidential suite! Everything is like new, from the comfy beds and furniture, to the towels, linens, pillows and even the kitchen supplies. You can literally just show up with your clothing and be all set for a great stay! And they take it even further - they provide recommendations on restaurants and fun things to do if you're not familiar with the area. Again, just show up and you're good to go! Thanks Dan & Kristi for a wonderful week! We'll be back next year!

Fantastic stay in Wildwood Crest
This was a fantastic condo in a great location in Wildwood Crest. The condo was beautiful and in GREAT condition. Ocean views in every room! The rental included linens/towels that were of very high quality, and it was nice not having to pack all these extras. We cooked several meals during our stay and the kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed. The pool was nice and clean, and the grills were in great condition. The kids loved the cards and games provided. So many nice touches! Kristi and Dan responded quickly to emails and were super helpful during our stay with any questions we had. We highly recommend booking here, we plan to come back!

Great stay in beautiful Wildwood Crest condo
My family of 4, plus 2 guests just completed a weeks stay in this condo. The unit was plenty big for the 6 of us. It is very nicely furnished - in fact we asked the owners for make/model of the bed mattresses as they were more comfortable than our beds at home. The location is great: 1 block to the beach, walkable to Sunset Lake. From the balcony, we had sunrise views over the ocean and sunset views over the bay - beautiful. The owners were great to work with, the condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and when we left, we got an email refunding our security deposit before we even made it home to PA.
We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place in Wildwood Crest and we would happily return next year.
